A small, dynamic team, we have worked tirelessly to become the leading provider of Inclusive Leadership and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) solutions to the Public and Community Sectors, since our foundation in 2017.

Above Difference is on its own journey too. We are a growing, diverse group of professionals with a range of experiences who share a passion for a creating a fairer and more inclusive public sector that values both its workforce and the communities it serves.  We believe that everyone has the right to be seen, heard and valued. This includes inside our own organisation.
