They can only be administered by facilitators licensed by the Cultural Intelligence Center MI US.). You will receive a personalised report with your scores prior to the Masterclass.
  • Receive the “What’s Your CQ” Booklet – With job aids and tips to help you develop your Cultural Intelligence and Inclusive Leadership skills.
  • Complete a CQ® and Inclusive Leadership Personal Development Plan
  • Be given links and reading material from International experts on Cultural Intelligence and Inclusive Leadership
  • Receive a complimentary one on one Cultural Intelligence and Inclusive Leadership Coaching Session with Jennifer Izekor within six weeks of completing the programme.
  • Have access to an e-learning package that will help you disseminate your learning within your organisation.
