Meet the Team
Executive Director (CQ Advance Facilitator and Coach)
Jennifer Izekor has over 30 years experience of working across the UK Public Sector in a number of senior executive and non-executive roles. Prior to setting up Above Difference, Jennifer was a Commissioner with the Independent Police Complaints Commission where she led on Discrimination, Youth and provided oversight to a number of Police Forces.. Leading up to this role, Jennifer was a member of the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales, Trustee for London Youth and a number of other Charities. In 2009 Jennifer was appointed as the Director for Children and Learners at the Government Office for London following her role as the Chief Executive of the London East Connexions Partnership.
